(More customer reviews)My son-in-law locked the garage door one day, and my son tried to use the opener to open it the next day. The box made an awful noise, the chain came off, and the sprocket on top was at a weird angle. Ends up the gears were still good, just the plastic gear case feet broke off where the gear case mounts to the frame of the opener. Swapped the gears over to the new case (held in by a snap ring), installed the new case with the four included screws, and the opener works great again.
