(More customer reviews)This opener works fine for a short time, but when it goes there is no middle ground. The built in (annoying) feature that freezes the keypad for 30 seconds if you hit the wrong number is the same feature that makes it impossible to recover when a number starts to go bad. If it doesn't work, you can't try again for 30 seconds and, after the 3rd try, it won't work again until you open the door from the inside. Mine worked correctly for less than a year. It is poorly made and poorly thought out.
