(More customer reviews)These doors are of fair quality but the quality of the installation manual is cronically deficiant. I have installed several of their doors now and have concluded the manuals are so generalized that Clopay has missed many configuration steps, some of which are related to safety accomodations. My most recent installation included a two track low headroom conversion kit. The instruction direct you back and forth between the installation manual, extension spring manual, and the low head room instructions. The resulting mish mosh of manuals and parts resulted in directions which do not provide guidance on the anchor point for a safety cable and safety cables that are too short to reach the location the tech support people directed me to use. Buyers of these doors should be ready to start making customizing decisions as soon as they open the boxes.
