(More customer reviews)My house came with this opener and we have wore it out. My 2 1/2 year old loves to open the garage door and loves to punch the button. He gave it a few good punches and broke the plastic piece that pushes on the small button on the circuit board. It was toast and I looked in my owners manual and found the part number. Took the part number and found it on Amazon at a reasonable price. I was anticipating this thing would cost at least $85 but it was much less. It was an easy installation (took about 30 sec.) and I was able to use it again. If this is a fresh installation for you it may take a bit longer. I don't want to make this sound like there's nothing to it if you're doing this from scratch as you will need to do some wiring. That can be time consuming. If you are replacing your opener then it won't take but a minute or less. Very happy with the part and price. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected but that is not Amazon's fault.
