(More customer reviews)Ladder was easy enough to install, and fit tight all around the door at first. One week later, the door has a large gap on one side. After inspection, the thin plywood has bowed down leaving the gap. I am going to try to use some wood strips on the back side to try and straighten the door back out...we will see.
I was talking to a friend (after I installed mine) and he had similar trouble with one corner bowing, and leaving a 3/8" gap.
The door is just to thin and only support is crossways, none length wise.
And, it is just too much trouble to uninstall and take back. Really should be made better.
