(More customer reviews)This item does come with dividers. They are molded into the frame and can be popped out. (I didn't notice at first either)
The drawers are made of a flexible plastic that doesn't feel like it will break there is plenty of room on the front for labels. They stack surprisingly well. There's not much else to say aside from the fact that they are exactly what they are supposed to be.
