(More customer reviews)My Genie garage door opener's motor would run when I pushed the button, but it would not lift the garage door. I phoned Genie and they said to see if the coupler was worn or threaded. The coupler was worn and I ordered a new one from Amazon. It took less than 10 minutes to install and my opener now works perfectly.
