(More customer reviews)This is a very hard to find item in local stores. I could only find it on the internet. Genie recommends this type of lubricant. It is sort of like vaseline in terms of thickness. I use my finger to smooth in on after I apply it. It does make the garage door quieter and it does seem to run more smoothly. Plus, it lasts a long time. Good lub.
