Skylink PS-101 AAA+ Motion Sensor Review

Skylink PS-101 AAA+ Motion Sensor

In my opinion, buying the cheaper white SkyLink motion sensor is a better choice. It WILL work with any SkyLink alarm in spite of some retailers claiming it won't (so you'll buy more expensive one).
Save your money and buy the WHITE ones! Besides, how many people have GRAY walls? White goes better with wall paint.

Skylink 4B-434 Four-Button Remote Review

I purchased this with my Skylink System about 7 months ago and it has worked without any problem so far. It is handy that you can arm, disarm and activate panic alarm with a push of the button. Although, I would recommend that you do not disarm the system until you have entered the house. That way if you hear the 15 second count down you know that no one is in your house (most likely).

When our garage alert system failed after 12 years of use, we returned to Sears to buy a replacement. Well, after buying and returning three systems for failing to work, I started to search for another brand. I found the Skylink Alert on Amazon and decided to give it a try. The Skylink Alert arrived quickly and worked immediately, with almost no effort on my part. I feel safe in my home again.

GE CADDX NX470 WIRELESS NETWORX 4-BUTTON KEYFOB Review

The keychain works great - when you get it programmed into your system (Ge Simon). Oh and by the way it came with instructions in Chinese!
Had a problem finding the code to install it as it's not the master code - you have to use an installers code which is different. Once I found the code (which my security company didn't have)I was able to install it. NOTE - you must install it in group 01 - there are instructions floating around the internet to install it in 10 WHICH IS WRONG - if you install in 10 - your system will search for it even if you take the keychain out of the house and you will get a system malfunction.

Skylink WA-318T Household Alert Water Sensor Review

Skylink WA-318T Household Alert Water Sensor
Average Reviews:

Keep in mind that this is just an additional sensor. You need to buy the set, the receiver and an included sensor, to make this thing work.
Once you've got it all up and running, it does go a good job. Quibbles are it's sort of hard to find a place to stick it as the suction cup on the dangling sensor doesn't really stick well to walls or baseboard molding or what have you. I ended up sticking the main unit to the water heater and letting the sensor dangle so the prongs just touch the floor. Seems to work well.
One other quibble is that my battery came dead. It is one of those little disk lithium jobs, 2032 and two for $5 at Home Depot. Not the worst thing in the world, but annoying. Also, the plastic on the case is so thin that you somewhat tear it up just opening it to change the battery, It's not really a big deal, cosmetic issue only.
I would suggest reading the review for the Skylink set to better understand this product.
