(More customer reviews)This door handle/lock assembly is hard to find and i wasn't at all happy with the cheapness of the lock . The handle is good quality but the lock is very cheezy. This should not be used for security by itself!!

(More customer reviews)For the second time in a row, Amazon has failed to help me. Both times I somehow ordered the same thing twice (I'm old). The first time, I was able to rectify it, but this time I ended up with two identical items and no response from customer service at Amazon at all. The two vendors refused to cancel the order and one of them offered to accept a return for about half of the cost so i opted to keep the item. No more Amazon.com for me.
